A treat from the Bavarian auto manufacturer for fans of the 5 Series and BMW’s in general comes in the form of a six part video series detailing the evolution of BMW’s iconic sedan. From humble beginnings in the 70’s, we get a glimpse behind the scenes at the development process from BMW and the goals and challenges that faced each successive generation of 5 Series that were produced.
To be released in 2017, BMW’s seventh-generation 5 Series is no doubt the inspiration for the six films to be released by BMW, currently 3 are available covering the first, second and third generation 5 Series.
