The world will get its first fleeting glimpse of Hyundai’s latest performance orientated N concept, the RN30, set to premiere to at the Paris Motor Show on the 29th of September. The racing concept draws its roots from the motorsports world and was developed under the mantra of passion and pleasure on the track for all drivers.
Using the new generation Hyundai i30 as its base, the RN30 was born with one purpose in mind, racing. The RN30 is joint effort between Hyundai Motorsport (HMSG), Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Centre (HMETC) and Hyundai Motor’s Performance Development and High Performance Vehicle Division.
At a glance the RN30 shares the same clean and purposeful lines of the new generation Hyundai i30 however the body has been upgraded to sit lower with a wider stance for better cornering performance and dedicated aerodynamic design elements further enhance the racing profile of the car.
Also set to be revealed alongside the RN30 will be the new i30 and i10 at the Hyundai stand with the press conference set to live stream on Hyundai’s facebook page.
