Holden’s popular seven seater Trailblazer SUV just got more stylish with the addition of the Z71 special edition on sale from June 2017. An initial run of 400 Special Edition vehicles is planned which has taken inspiration from the Colorado Crew Cab ute which is also offered in Z71 trim.
The Z71 is based on the top of the line Trailblazer LTZ model and now adds a selection of visual upgrades:
- 18-inch painted alloy wheels (from Z71 pickup)
- Black Body Side Mouldings
- Black Belt Line Mouldings
- Black Mirrors
- Black Door handles
- Gloss black B-Pillar appliques
- Z71 Hood Decals
- Z71 Head Rest Embroidery
- Z71 Floor Mats
“The Trailblazer Z71 special edition adds stand-out styling to our adventure-ready, family-friendly 4×4 SUV, showing customers they really can have it all,” said Holden’s Director – Communications, Sean Poppitt.
“With its impressive performance on and off roads as well as its connectivity and active safety technology, Trailblazer has already proved itself a well-equipped performer and now with new black wheels and black styling features it can do it all with an even greater presence on the roads.”
Z71 specced Trailblazers will be finished in a selection of colours including Summit White, Absolute Red, Satin Steel Grey and Mineral Black. The 400 vehicle limited run is priced at a $1,000 premium against the LTZ which is used for the base.
